Angelica Maria Vale Hartman is a Mexican-American actor, comedian and singer-impersonator. She was born in Mexico City and raised by comedian Raul Vale. In 1973, she was credited with launching her own La Balada Ranchera (Ranchera Ballad) music genre, which reached the top of the charts, making Angelica Maria the first Latin artist to have sold two million copies in the United States.
